1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using MarginOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MarginOS is a Shopify application that provides:

  • Real-time margin and inventory alerts
  • Historical analytics and insights
  • Automated detection of margin-eroding issues

3. Account & Access

3.1 Shopify Store

You must have an active Shopify store to use MarginOS. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

3.2 API Access

By installing our app, you grant us permission to access your Shopify store data through Shopify's API as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription & Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 30-day free trial of Growth tier features. No credit card is required. After 30 days, you will be automatically moved to the Basic tier unless you upgrade.

4.2 Paid Plans

Subscription fees are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. Current pricing:

  • Basic: $9/month
  • Growth: $29/month

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Interfere with other users' use of the Service

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MarginOS, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

MarginOS and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of MarginOS. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • All margin issues will be detected
  • The Service will meet all your requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARGINOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MarginOS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
